All animals boarding with us must be in good health and all medical conditions discussed with us prior to being
able to board your pet. If we feel your pet is showing signs of illness or injury we may refuse to accept him/her.
This is for the benefit of your own pet and that of other boarders.
Rabbits should be vaccinated against Myxomatosis and VHD, however this is not a compulsory requirement to
allow your pet to stay with us.
If your pet becomes ill whilst in our care we will make every efford to contact you immediately. If contact cannot be made and we feel that vet treatment is needed we will seek advice from your vet regarding your rabbits health and welfare. You, being the owner of the rabbit, are responsible for paying any vets fee's incurred.
We ask that you contact your vet to notify them that your pet will be staying with us. This solves any confusion at the time of an emergency.
We accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst staying with us.
All pets are left entirely at owners risk.
We accept no liability for injury sustained by you whilst on our premises.
Food
Please provide your pets food, toys & treats and litter tray (if the have one). Hay and bedding will be provided by us.
Payment
All payments must be made in full on the day of arrival. The daily rate includes the day your pet is brought to us
and the day he/she leaves regardless of the time of day. We charge £3.00 per pet or £4.00 for 2 sharing pets.
We do not offer refund for early collection of your pet,
Abondoned Pets
If your pet is not collected on the due day and we are unable to contact you via the information you have given us, we will, after seven days seek to have your pet re-homed.
